Smoothie Making Must Haves




It’s no secret how much I LOVE smoothies. They are a great way to sneak in a whole bunch of nutrients in one shot. They can be premade, taken on the go, and the varieties are endless.


When it comes to smoothies, there are certain things that simplify the process and create the most delicious smoothies.





Here are my Smoothie Must Haves:


Blender: I absolutely LOVE my Vitamix. It really gets the job done. They are pricey, but worth the investment. If you are not ready to splurge, consider buying a Refurbished one, or a NutriBullet.


Measuring Spoons: Trust me, you want these Long Handle Measuring spoons.. They fit into almost every jar. I use them to scoop my spirulina.


Protein Powder: I like to keep my protein powder nice and clean. No additives, and definitely no sugar of any kind. My two favorite are Organic Pea Protein and Organic Hemp Protein.


Nut Milks: My favorite brands are MALK, Elmhurst and Three Trees.
