I have a sweet tooth!
When it comes to cookies, there are a few varieties that are tough for me to pass up. Since I do like to have something sweet pretty much every day, I do try to make my own cookie so I can be more in charge of what goes into them. Specifically the sugar source and quantity of it. Here are three of my favorite cookie recipes that use a small amount of maple syrup.

1 C peanut butter (I like to use crunchy for this one)

Using a cookie scooper to portion out the dough, roll each into a ball. Then using the back of the fork, flatten them out.
