What is fatigue?

 

Fatigue is tiredness that persists and disrupts your regular daily activities. There are different categories of fatigue. Temporary fatigue resolves after a few days, weeks, or months.

Chronic fatigue syndrome is a medical disorder that occurs when fatigue symptoms continue for six months or longer.

What are the signs of fatigue?
