I am here to provide you with all of the tools you may need in order to reach your health goals. My programs are strategically designed so that each client finds personalized meaningful, and actionable, takeaways. Custom programs are available upon request.

This is my signature program for women who are ready to stop feeling uncomfortable in their own bodies. You have tried it all. All of the diets, the detoxes, you name it! My personalized approach is the opposite of any fad diet. Together we will work to fix those annoying and frustrating stomach problems once and for all. At the end of our time together you will regain your energy, feel more regular and consistent, and have your confidence back!

Pantry Revamp

“Healthy” food can be incredibly confusing. There is no shortage of mixed information out there these days. Often the  foods that we think are healthy, are actually making us feel sick and/or sabotaging all of our efforts to nurture our bodies. My pantry revamp is a personalized way to assess what should stay, what should go, and what should  be added to your pantry and refrigerator.  Based on your personal health goals, a few photos, and one zoom session, you are going to be more confident and knowledgeable in what you eat. Your flatter, less bloated tummy will thank you. So will your family.

The Menu Planner

Are your meals getting you closer or farther away from your health goals?  In this program, we will meet two times to assess what you are eating, how it is affecting your body, and what changes we need to make. You will walk away with multiple options for every meal, recipes ,and immense knowledge on how to feed your body. The menu options will be geared towards reducing bloating and creating more movement, ultimately getting you closer to that flatter belly. This is completely personalized to your health goals and how you want to feel. Eating healthy does not need to be complicated. I am all about simple, nutritious and delicious meals. Bonus, it will make feeding your family a whole lot healthier, and easier, as well.
