I am here to provide you with all of the tools you may need in order to reach your health goals. My programs are strategically designed so that each client find personalized meaningful, and actionable, takeaways. Custom programs are available upon request.

6 WEEK INTENSIVE

This program is perfect for the person who knows what they want to change and is ready to make those changes. We will meet every week for 50 minutes, setting concrete goals. As with all of my packages, I will be available at any point via email. I can provide any resources upon request-such as meal plans, food shopping lists, recipes, movement routines, stress reducing activities, and anything that would be helpful to  you achieving your long term goals.

Enjoying the Nature

3 MONTH

This program is for someone who recognizes they need to make some long lasting changes in their life,  but either does not know where to start, or has had set backs in the past. We will meet every week for 30 minutes, or every other week for 50 minutes. In this program we will set concrete goals and create small actionable steps that will ultimately lead you to achieve your vision for health and wellness. I will be there to support you along the way via email as well as with any other resources that you may need, such as meal plans, food shopping lists, recipes, movement routines, stress reducing activities, and anything that would be helpful to you.

Ocean Rocks

6 MONTH

For someone that is new to the wellness space and wants to take things slower.

This program is ideal for someone that wants to make recognizable changes across multiple platforms of their life but does not know where to start. We will uncover what it means for you to feel healthy, and create a concrete plan to get there. This program has two options as well. We can either meet every other

week for 50 minutes, or every week for 30 minutes. Just as with wellness in general, I will personalize this program to meet your needs. As with all of my packages, I will be available at any point via email. I can provide any resources upon request-such as meal plans, food shopping lists, recipes, movement routines, stress reducing activities, and anything that would be helpful to you.
